I just want to take a moment to thank you for the extraordinary support you provided in helping me transfer my old computer into the new one.  I have never seen anyone come close to the level of customer service you provide.  The problem that prevented the migration from the old computer to the new was due to corrupted files in the old computer – it had nothing to do with your software.  You could have simply refunded my purchase and told me it just wouldn’t work with my damaged machine.  Instead you spent hours and days coming up with a fix and finally found the solution.  Kudos for all of his hard work and patience with my lack of computer skills.
