Zinstall WinWin natively transfers all programs, settings and files from one computer to another.

The product you need is Zinstall WinWin.

It will transfer all your programs, settings and files - to your new Windows system, no reinstalls required. WinWin performs a native migration, without creating a virtual environment - which means that all programs are directly embedded into the new Windows, without intermediate layers or overhead (and thus only handles applications compatible with the new system).

WinWin works for Windows 8, Windows 7, XP, Vista, both for 32 bit and 64 bit systems.

For example, you can transfer from XP to Windows 8, from Windows 7 to Windows 7, from XP to XP, or any other combination. 32bit to 64bit transfers are supported as well.
